The Role

The role supports management of the Homes for Bolton housing register which allows applicants to register and apply for social housing and the delivery of the wider Housing Options services. The role includes providing assistance those who need support to access the Homes for Bolton. Undertaking casework and assessment including liaison with disability officers, hospital specialists and social workers alongside applicants to assess any urgent needs. Providing appropriate advice and assistance including those in need of adapted accommodation, and people with medical and other support needs; and provide support to Homes for Bolton partner landlords including quality checking advertisements and the shortlisting process
