The Role
FTC - 18 months
* To support the Estates and Facilities Team in ensuring College buildings, facilities and grounds are safe, compliant, efficient
and well maintained.
* The postholder will gain practical experience in facilities management, statutory compliance, health and safety, contractor
management and estate operations whilst working towards a recognised professional qualification.
Main Duties for this role include
* Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the College.
* Assist with the planning and administration of the College Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
* Support the monitoring and scheduling of statutory inspections and compliance activities.
* Maintain Estates and Facilities records, databases and asset registers.
* Assist with reactive maintenance requests and monitor progress through to completion.
* Support the administration of Estates and facilities management systems.
