Summary
A Vacancy at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
The Systems and Learning Officer will play a key role in improving, monitoring, and maintaining high standards of data quality across patient safety systems, including Learning from Patient Safety Events, RADAR and Care Opinion. This role ensures data integrity for compliance, decision-making, internal and external reporting, and organisational learning.
Develop advanced skills and knowledge of the RADAR system modules in the Nursing and Facilities portfolio and devise training both in accessible media and direct training when required.
Working closely with Health Informatics. Contributing to the ongoing development of Radar to support Trust processes and priorities.
Support the Patient Safety, Carer & Team to proactively monitor data and quality, identifying areas of risk and implementing agreed preventative measures and remedial action.
