As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across KS3 and KS4, fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging students to succeed.

The Role

Support classroom learning across KS3-4

Provide small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment

Assist with lesson preparation and resource management

Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers

Encourage a culture of confidence, resilience and ambition
