Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Governance Team where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality maternity care. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical standards, patient safety and service quality across our perinatal services.

As an experienced midwife, you will bring excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills. You will be confident in inspiring and supporting colleagues, fostering a culture of learning, openness and continuous improvement, and driving positive change across the service. Working flexibly across the organisation, you will help monitor, evaluate and enhance clinical practice while supporting governance, quality improvement initiatives and organisational learning.
