Summary
Full Time Area Supervisor/Manager Position – Commercial Cleaning:
**PLEASE NOTE – WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS’ CLEANING SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE**
We are a friendly, family-owned commercial cleaning business looking for an experienced, customer focussed, highly organised and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor / Manager to manage commercial cleaning contracts in Lancashire - BB postcodes i.e. Blackburn, Darwen, Rossendale, Bacup, Rawtenstall, Great Harwood, Rishton, Clitheroe, Colne, Burnley, Nelson & Barrowford.
Key responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Communicate effectively with clients and cleaning operatives to address concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Monitoring the quality of cleaning on sites, by completing regular visits to clients, site inspections and audits;
• Management and motivation of cleaning staff across our range of sites – i.e. recruitment, training & monitoring plus disciplinary meetings etc, as required;
• Cleaning – you will need to be a skilled cleaner, preferably with some buffing experience, and you will be required to assist our mobile teams with cover cleaning when needed;
• Providing regular updates on vacancies, completion of site Audit Inspections, and any client concerns;
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all staff;
• You will be required to travel from site to site to meet the needs of the business (Full UK Driving Licence required).
