Summary

Account Manager - Apprenticeships & Workforce Development

Location: Remote - UK based, with occasional travel to employer meetings, client visits and our Head Office in Bristol.

At Educationwise, we're passionate about helping employers develop talented people through apprenticeships, training and workforce development.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for two Account Managers to join our expanding Commercial Team.

This isn't a traditional sales role.

We're looking for people who enjoy building lasting relationships, understanding the challenges businesses face and helping employers find the right training and development solutions.

You'll manage your own portfolio of employer accounts, working with businesses to support learner recruitment, identify commercial training opportunities and ensure every employer receives an excellent experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of employer accounts.

• Building trusted relationships with business leaders.

• Supporting apprenticeship recruitment.

• Identifying opportunities for commercial training.

• Conducting regular employer review meetings.

• Maintaining an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.

• Working closely with colleagues across Marketing and Delivery.
