£12.71p/h, paid weekly, every Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join a busy waste management site based in Leeds (LS9). This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, weekly pay, and the chance to become part of a supportive and professional team.

As a Banksman, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles across the site while maintaining a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

. Safely guide and direct HGVs and other site vehicles.

. Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently.

. Maintain clear communication with drivers and site operatives.

. Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic to minimise risks.

. Follow all site health and safety procedures.

. Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe practices.

. Support the wider site team with general duties when required.
