You will work with different teams as and when required, to support Service Managers and operational colleagues to ensure people receive safe, high-quality and person-centred support.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building strong relationships, leading teams and driving positive outcomes. Whether supporting a service through a vacancy, a period of change, a new development or a service improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across a variety of services, share best practice, support teams through challenges and make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support.

If you are looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy and the chance to create positive change, we'd love to hear from you!

About You
