Summary
Credit Control Accounts Receivable - Salary £29k - £31K – Manchester M8
An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant based at our depot. This is a full position hours of work are 37.5 per week, standard is 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour lunch, but we can vary that to suit - This is a 3 – 6 month contract, very likely to lead to permanent.
Working within the Accounts Department, this is a varied role, within a small but dedicated team.
You will have solid credit control experience, preferably with a logistics, wholesale, manufacturing or export background. The main responsibilities of the role are: Initial investigation of credit claims. Liaise with Transport/Goods In and Customer to organise for return of goods. Raise and process credits and amended invoices. Compile and update data for month end reports. Post and allocate sales ledger payments daily & varied support duties.
