About Us
We harvest enough hops to brew 46 million pints of beer each year. We are in beautiful countryside with rolling hills and gorgeous views in the middle of the village of Suckley, Worcestershire and our nearest towns are Bromyard and Malvern.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and if you like beer, there are a couple of local pubs, and a working brewery, located here on the farm. We work hard throughout the year to grow and supply the very best hops in the industry, maintaining a strong partnership with our retailers and breweries is high on our agenda.
What the Role Involves:
Hop picking comprises of two teams – the field team, and the shed team.
The field team work outdoors on the trailer – one team member is required to work at height, cutting the bines. The other team members pulling and laying them in the trailer.
The shed team unload the bines at the front of the machine and pull bines and secure them onto the track.
The back team pick sticks and debris from the hops as they travel through the machine.
