Support Worker Opportunity – Make a Real Difference ⭐We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a friendly young man with Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s Syndrome, a moderate to severe learning disability, visual and hearing impairment.Initially covering long-term sickness absence, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.This young man enjoys being out and about in the community and has a keen interest in travelling on the Metro and local buses. He regularly enjoys trips to the cinema and theatre, watching trains, and taking part in activities such as ten-pin bowling. If you are active, patient, and passionate about helping others live life to the fullest, this could be the ideal role for you.While he enjoys using public transport, his mobility can be limited at times. Therefore, it would be beneficial for a Personal Assistant to be able to provide transport, including collecting him from and returning him home, as well as driving him to locations such as Metro stations, cinemas, and other community activities when required.You will help him manage his anxiety, build confidence, and access the activities he enjoys while promoting his independence. This is an active role, and he may use mobility aids including a Ramble Tag, walker or manual wheelchair depending on the activity.Hours✅ 2–3 days per week

✅ Additional hours may be available
