- Up to £39,729 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £45,729)

- 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday

- Saturday morning rota, paid at overtime rate of x 1.5

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles using manufacturer diagnostic technology

- Carry out routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards

- Complete vehicle repairs or component replacements as required

- Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure compliance with safety standards

- Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and service

- Work within a team to support regional workshop operations and maintain fleet efficiency

- Continually develop technical skills through in-house and manufacturer training programmes

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a vehicle technician role, preferably within a fleet environment

- Full UK driving licence

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

- Team player with good communication skills

- Experience working on light commercial vehicles is desirable
