Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients attending the dealership

- Manage service appointments and work schedules efficiently

- Offer clear technical explanations and updates regarding vehicle repairs and servicing

- Build long-term customer relationships to promote retention

- Achieve sales targets through service upselling and additional repairs

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
