Summary

Our client, a nationally renowned accident repair specialist, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to work with a reputable company committed to quality and professional development. Duties of the Panel Beater:

- Repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition

- Use expertise to determine the most effective repair approach, adhering to manufacturer standards

- Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure seamless completion of repairs

- Utilise specialist body repair equipment within a high-spec workshop as a Panel Beater

- Ensure all repairs meet industry and health & safety guidelines

- Maintain detailed records of repairs and work performed

Requirements:

- Extensive experience working as a Panel Beater; previous working knowledge is essential

- Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or time served experience

- ATA qualification is desirable but not essential

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines

- Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities

- Awareness of relevant health and safety regulations in the automotive industry

- Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
