Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct routine servicing including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre replacements

- Perform diagnostics and repairs across various vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic tools

- Replace worn or faulty components in accordance with manufacturer standards

- Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken for transparency and accountability

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance options

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workshop

- Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team goals

- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician, preferably in a dealership environment

- Strong mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification

- Full UK driving licence

- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers

- Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development

- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
