Duties:

- Conducting mechanical repairs, suspension work, and vehicle assessments to high standards

- Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering geometry, and alignment issues

- Performing plastic repairs, glazing, and air conditioning system evacuation and recharging

- Inspecting vehicles to identify additional damages, ensuring quality refits in collaboration with repair consultants

- Utilising relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications to ensure precise and efficient repairs

- Maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all tasks

Requirements of a MET Technician:

- Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician within the motor trade

- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs

- Relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications, ideally ATA MET accreditation

- LCV experience is desirable

- Familiarity with steering geometry alignment and adjustment techniques

- Experience working with plastic repairs, glazing, and air conditioning recharges

- Excellent attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
