Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their established dealership in Slough. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable and customer-focused environment.

This Car Sales Executive position offers a competitive salary, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to work with a premium automotive brand.

- Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £40,000+

- 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week

- No Sundays required

Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements

- Present suitable vehicle options and conduct effective product demonstrations

- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and promotional offers

- Complete all administrative tasks accurately related to sales transactions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Proactive attitude with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership setting

- Residency within 10 miles of Slough or Maidenhead

- Full UK driving licence is essential
