Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded employer that invests in technical development and maintains high workshop standards. This Vehicle Technician role is focused on delivering consistently high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics in a supportive, team-led environment.

- £36,000–£45,000 basic (DOE)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a consistently high standard

- Use diagnostic systems effectively to identify faults and recommend appropriate work

- Maintain accurate job documentation and technician records

- Support continuous improvement through participation in development training

- Work as part of a team, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and quality standards

- Competent in servicing and repair work across a range of vehicles

- Willingness to learn and develop, including EV and gearbox/engine training

- Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude

- MOT licence is desirable but not essential; training support can be provided
