Summary
1. Supports the delivery of member-informed influencing activity, responding quickly to emerging issues. 2. Observes, analyses and describes policy developments and their implications for members and the NHS. 3. Works collaboratively with colleagues in other directorates, and reflects wider NHS Alliance policy positions in content and activity. 4. Drafts policy content, such as reports, notes and briefings, and presents work in internal meetings. 5. Supports delivery and scoping of funded projects, working with commercial team when needed. Provides administrative support when required. 6. Helps stakeholder and member engagement by preparing briefings, taking notes and sharing intelligence internally. 7. Develops relationships with members, and is comfortable working with senior NHS leaders.
