Summary

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board See Job description attached To be the main point of contact for the multi-disciplinary team for enquiries and referrals, filtering telephone calls or redirecting from members of the public or other agencies. Accurately record messages using electronic systems ensuring effective communication within the team, organisations and partners ensuring they are dealt with safely and effectively and disseminating work as necessary.
