More detail about the role Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder is responsible for monitoring patients throughout treatment, recognising and responding promptly to adverse reactions, providing education and emotional support to patients and their families, and promoting informed decision-making. The role requires maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with infection prevention and medication safety standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgement, strong communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. They will collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, specialist nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure the highest standard of care while supporting service efficiency and positive patient outcomes.
