Westin Par is recruiting for a long established logistics operator offering one of the strongest Class 1 packages in Kent.

What You’ll Earn

Starting salary: £50,950 per year Includes night outs and simple performance bonuses (vehicle care, paperwork accuracy, clean driving record).

Guaranteed pay progression:

• +£1,500 after 12 months

• +£1,750 after 24 months

• +Annual pay review every November

What You Need

• HGV Class 1 (C+E)

• Valid DQC & Tacho

• Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 experience

• Live within 60 minutes of Dover

• Professional approach to driving and paperwork

European experience is welcome but not required - full training provided.
