Summary

The North School is seeking to appoint an organised and efficient administrator to assist our SEND and Safeguarding Teams. The main purpose of this role is to support the SENCO and Designated Safeguarding officer in all aspects of day to day administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills, efficient IT knowledge and work well in a team. The role requires discretion and confidentiality at all times. Due to the sensitive nature of working in an SEN Department the successful candidate will need to be resilient, empathetic and have a supportive and understanding nature.

This is a varied role that encompasses all areas of SEND and safeguarding administration and therefore experience, knowledge and understanding of school SEN administration or similar environment is an important element.
