Summary
As a Machine Technician and Operator, you will take ownership of the production line, leading a small team of Production Technicians while ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of mixing and bottling equipment.
The role is responsible for managing machinery, materials, and people to deliver production plans safely and on time. You will plan, coordinate, and control daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards while consistently achieving or exceeding hourly production targets.
Working closely with Shift Supervisors, Line Pickers, and Engineering teams, you will ensure the timely production of finished goods, effective line performance, and continuous operational improvement.
