Summary

£14.50 – £15.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established supported living provider for enthusiastic and compassionate Community Support Workers in the Caldicot area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently, access their local community, and enjoy meaningful activities and experiences.

The individual you will be supporting is talkative, energetic, and sociable, so we are looking for someone with a positive personality who can match their energy and build strong, engaging relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK care/support setting

Full UK driving licence

Access to your own vehicle

Business insurance required

Confident supporting individuals within the community

Reliable, friendly, and proactive approach

Duties Include:

Supporting individuals with community activities and outings

Encouraging independence and social engagement

Building positive and trusting relationships

Supporting with daily living tasks where required

Promoting wellbeing, choice, and inclusion

Following care plans and safeguarding procedures

Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting concerns appropriately
