Summary

As a Relief Worker, you’ll play a vital role in making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable and homeless people, by supporting the running of our hostels in either Bangor or Colwyn Bay, contributing to the effective provision of day-to-day support to the residents.

* Safeguarding the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of vulnerable and homeless people residing in the hostel

* Contributing to the organisation and delivery of a range of engagement and involvement activities to promote social inclusion amongst residents

* Ensuring housekeeping tasks are regularly carried out at the hostel

* Maintaining accurate hostel records and resident files

* Responding to and managing any incidents at the hostel appropriately
