Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at Toots Nursery
Make a Difference to Children’s Lives!
Join Toots Nursery as an Early Years Educator Apprentice and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, welcoming environment.
About Toots Nursery
Established in 1990, Toots Nursery provides a friendly, nurturing space for children under 5. With spacious rooms, a large outdoor area, and nearby Wimbledon Common for Forest School, children enjoy daily play and regular local trips.

Your Role as an apprentice
Assist with planning educational activities and supporting children’s development.
Help with daily routines, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging environment.
Observe and track children’s progress.
Essential Requirements
GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Passion for working with children.
Good communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Childcare experience is a plus, but not required.
