Summary

RETAIL STORE MANAGER – 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Established in 2012 Grape Tree currently has over 200 stores in the UK

We are looking to recruit an ambitious, confident and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager who can represent our Company in our WEST BRIDGFORD STORE. You will be reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and typically your duties will include:

ROLE:

You will provide fast, efficient, pleasant and unrivalled customer service. As a Retail Store Manager of Grape Tree, you need to ensure that the store is well stocked, clean and tidy and that customers leave the store with a lasting image to ensure they keep returning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Strong understanding of stock control ie ordering goods, dealing with deliveries and banking monies

b) You must be a hands on manager

c) Operate the till in accordance with the company instructions

d) Provide highest possible standard of customer service.

e) Ensure that the shelves are well filled/stocked and faced up at all times.

f) Ensure correct pricing of product
