Summary

At Glenelg Support, we provide exceptional care for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs in a supported living environment. We pride ourselves on working closely with both individuals and their families to develop personalized support plans that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and talented Team Leader to join our Liverpool, Euxton, and Haydock Teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our core values and have the skills to support those in need.

Full time, permanent positions

This service requires a driver. Due to the Mobility Car Insurance we can only accept drivers with a full UK manual driving licence with NO endorsement and penalty points – we cannot accept international or provisional licences.

As our Team Leader, you will be responsible and accountable for the 24 hour management of the supported individual’s home. You will be on duty in the home supporting individuals whilst being responsible for managing the staff team. Completing 4 weekly payroll, probations, supervisions and appraisals.

We are looking for strong candidates with experience in autism, complex needs and/or mental health.
