Summary
CUSTOMER SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Mon - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2:30pm
£40,000 - £43,000 DOE
The Customer Services Supervisor will oversee the Customer Services team by clearly defining roles and responsibilities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, agreed reports are delivered, and related inquiries are effectively managed.
You will foster team development to build the necessary skills and expertise required to manage a diverse range of customer accounts, while consistently monitoring daily workloads and the accuracy of responses. Evaluate team performance and deliver actionable insights to support the ongoing enhancement of customer service. Encourage the team to pursue continuous improvement initiatives and adopt a proactive approach to consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Key Requirements
Ideally, a bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or supply chain roles within a high-volume business environment
Proven ability to support operational needs for systems integration projects, preferably involving third-party collaborations
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
Familiarity with AS400, SAP, and JD Edwards systems
Proven ability to develop & motivate high performing teams as well as managing conflicting priorities & utilise internal network & relationships to reach solutions
Experience of establishing a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, inclusion & high performance to enable team members to meet their potential & perform at their best
Ability to work in partnership with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internal & external
