Summary
We're looking for a compassionate and motivated professional to support adults with a range of complex care and support needs to live independent, safe and fulfilling lives within their local communities. Working as part of a dedicated Adult Social Care team, you'll use a strengths-based approach to help people achieve their goals, maintain their independence and access the support they need to enhance their wellbeing.
