Summary
Learning Support Assistant – Exeter
TeacherActive is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within a welcoming mainstream school in Exeter from September.
Previous experience supporting children is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for education.
The successful LSA will:
- Support pupils individually and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher with lessons and activities
- Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Support children with a range of learning needs
- Demonstrate patience, reliability and adaptability
