Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently

Manage medication stock levels, including receiving deliveries and organising storage

Provide excellent customer service by answering patient queries and offering guidance on over-the-counter products

Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information in accordance with data protection regulations

Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards

Support patient care initiatives by offering assistance with health-related questions and providing information about medication usage
