Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership• Manage client relationships and KPIs• Lead recruitment, development and succession planning • Manage incidents, investigations and risk • Ensure compliance and service excellence • Support events and VIP operations
About You
- Proven security operations management experience• Strong stakeholder management skills• Experience leading and developing teams • SIA Door Supervisor License or willing to work towards one • Strong communication and IT skills • CCTV and IOSH qualifications desirable
