TeacherActive is proud to be working with welcoming SEN schools in Plymouth that provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing environments for pupils with a diverse range of additional needs. The schools are dedicated to helping every child thrive by delivering tailored support and encouraging independence, confidence and personal development.
The schools are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN LSA to join their team with an immediate start.
The successful SEN LSA will have:
•
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
•
Confidence supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN, including complex and severe needs
•
A calm, patient and caring approach
•
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
•
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
•
A flexible and proactive attitude to supporting learning
