specialising in high-quality Oak and Painted furniture. We are a friendly, close-knit team who enjoy working together to achieve our goals. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time, temporary contract for 6 months, working every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The Role As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer, whether they visit our showroom or shop with us online. Key responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers in our showroom. • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat. • Process customer orders accurately across our showroom, website and online marketplaces. • Arrange customer deliveries and provide order updates to customers . • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales opportunities. About You We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised and enjoys helping customers. You'll need to: • Deliver excellent customer service. • Communicate clearly and professionally. • Be confident using a computer. • Be

organised and able to manage your workload effectively. • Enjoy working as part of a team and solving customer queries. • Have a positive, flexible attitude and be willing to learn new systems. Working Hours This is a part-time temporary contract for 6 months. There may be the opportunity for the contract to be extended, subject to business requirements. 21 hours per week:

• Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour break)

• Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour break)

• Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

We're happy to discuss some flexibility around the Monday and Tuesday hours if you're unable to work the full day, while ensuring the needs of the business are met. Business opening hours: • Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm • Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm • Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed Salary & Benefits • Monday - Friday Hourly Rate: £12.94 • Saturday Hourly Rate: £19.41 (Time & Half) • Sales commission for showroom and phone sales • Overtime rate for additional shifts worked • ½ day off for your birthday • Generous staff discount on furnitur
