Summary

Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a twilight shift role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician to join a modern, high-volume workshop. - Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained

- Mix and apply paint using advanced refinishing techniques

- Conduct colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications

- Complete repairs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards

- Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

- Work collaboratively with the Panel and MET teams to ensure efficient repairs

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential

- Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)

- Strong colour matching and refinishing skills

- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Full UK Driving Licence is required
