Summary

Our client, an independent vehicle specialist in Lincoln, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work in a high-end, specialist environment with a supportive team and attractive benefits.

- Basic salary up to £43,000 depending on experience

- OTE approximately £50,000 annually

- Yearly attendance bonus

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Perform all aspects of vehicle repairs and maintenance to main dealer standards

- Use brand-specific diagnostic equipment effectively

- Conduct complex mechanical tasks as required

- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

- Work independently and efficiently while adhering to company procedures

- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold customer satisfaction

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, either time-served, partially qualified, or fully qualified

- Ability to complete a full range of mechanical repairs and diagnostics

- Capable of working in a specialist environment with minimal supervision

- Knowledge of using brand-specific diagnostic equipment

- Strong technical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
