What are we looking for?

As a Carer in our Home care service, you will be an essential part of our team, providing high quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will help our clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Car drivers essential.

As a Carer in our domiciliary care service, you will be:

  • Treating people with compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Fostering an environment that enhances the well-being of clients.

What requirements are we looking for?

  • Holds proven and excellent track records of previous work experience in a similar role.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive rapport with clients and their families.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Holding a vocational training certificate of NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health & Adult Care is desirable.
