Summary

You will be able to demonstrate skills in the assessment, treatment and management of communication and/ or swallowing difficulties within a varied caseload, including stroke and long term neurological conditions. This post will involve working in to the community speech therapy service and in to the local community stroke teams. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate or newly qualified therapist, who enjoys working as part of a team, and who is keen to develop their knowledge and experience working with a varied adult caseload. This role requires community working (including working in a patient's home, nursing or residential home, or clinic), and therefore the ability to travel between venues in a short timescale is essential.
