Summary

What Were Looking For We are seeking a practitioner who brings: Substantial CAMHS experience, particularly in crisis or high-risk presentations. Confidence in assessing and managing moderate to severe mental health needs, including risk management. Strong skills in delivering brief, intensive, and evidence-based interventions. Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. An excellent team player who actively contributes to a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team culture. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multi-agency systems. A proactive approach to service development and continuous improvement.
