Prescot / Knowsley

£26,300 Basic Salary + Commission

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

As part of a busy sales team, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with existing and prospective business customers through a combination of outbound calls, emails and account management activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting business customers via phone and email

Generating new sales opportunities and developing existing accounts

Building long-term relationships with customers

Following up enquiries and converting leads into active accounts

Preparing quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process

Managing and updating customer information within the CRM system

Working towards individual and team sales targets

Learning consultative sales techniques from experienced sales professionals

Providing excellent customer service and commercial support

What We're Looking For

We are more interested in attitude and potential than extensive sales experience.

You may be:

A graduate looking to start a commercial career

Someone with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or telesales

An ambitious professional looking to move into sales

You'll ideally have:

Excellent communication skills

A confident and professional telephone manner

A positive and resilient attitude

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

The motivation to learn, develop and succeed
