Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Deal that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teachers.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a range of roles available within supportive and welcoming school communities.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll help children build confidence, independence and resilience while developing the academic skills needed for success throughout the rest of their primary education.You'll deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and support every pupil to achieve their full potential.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire pupils

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for teaching to the classroom
