This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated driver looking for a temporary role with the potential for ongoing work.Key Responsibilities:• Completing multi-drop deliveries across Cheltenham and the surrounding areas• Loading and unloading goods, with manual handling involved• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time• Providing excellent customer service when delivering to customers• Completing all relevant delivery paperwork and using digital systems where required• Adhering to all road traffic regulations, driver hours legislation, and company policies• Liaising effectively with the transport office and colleagues throughout the working dayWhat We're Looking For:• A valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence• A valid Driver CPC qualification• A valid Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience is advantageous but not essential• A good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties• Strong communication and customer service skills• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyIf you're looking for a rewarding driving role with a competitive rate of pay and the opportunity to join a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.To apply for this position, visit workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
