ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a Learner Experience Assistant to join our dynamic and busy Learner Experience Team.

In this frontline role, you will provide a comprehensive 'one‑stop' information and advice service to both prospective and current learners, while delivering a professional, friendly, and welcoming front‑of‑house experience for all visitors to the college.
