Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you'll repair accident-damaged vehicles using the latest manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment. You'll become part of a skilled and supportive team that takes pride in delivering first-class repairs.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels, restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacements.

• Repair accident-damaged vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.

• Straighten, align and fit replacement panels where required.

• Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.

• Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain an efficient repair process.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a busy accident repair centre.

• Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

• Self-motivated with the ability to consistently deliver excellent repairs.

• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.

• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
