FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot Truck Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking

FLT Operator to join a friendly warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment that offers excellent benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for development.

Working Hours

Training Period:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

After Training: Rotating shifts:

Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational requirements

Moving stock accurately throughout the warehouse

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties

Completing daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects

Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies

Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve productivity targets

What We're Looking For

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (Bendi, Pivot or Reach experience advantageous)

Previous warehouse experience

Strong awareness of health and safety procedures

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work

Flexibility to work rotating shifts after the training period
