Shift Options:

2:00pm - 10:00pm

4:00pm - 12:00am

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a

Goods In & Goods Out Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in

Hoo, Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Reach Truck licence looking for a stable role with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently

Operating a Reach Truck to move stock within the warehouse

Booking goods in and dispatching goods out

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

Carrying out stock checks and inventory control

Ensuring all warehouse documentation is completed accurately

Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times

Keeping work areas clean and organised

Requirements

✅ Valid

external Reach Truck Licence (essential)

❌

In-house Reach Truck licences are not accepted

✅ Previous warehouse, goods in/goods out, or logistics experience

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
