Summary

Job Title: CNC Setter (Mills & Lathes)

Job Type: Days based, Perm

Location: Poole

Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7am-12pm Fri

Pay: £34,000-£37,000 DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run precision engineering company with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise. Operating from a modern facility, the business delivers complete manufacturing solutions—from raw material through to finished components—serving high-spec sectors including aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, and oil & gas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team within a quality-driven environment focused on precision, continuous improvement, and technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating a range of Mazak mills and lathes

• Keep machines multiple machines running

• first off inspections when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC milling and Turning

• Experience with multi axis maching

• Ability to machine to tight tolerances

• Experience working with aluminium and steels

• Overtime available: 6:00am – 7:00am at 1.5x rate
